Dear Parents and Students,
I hope you are having a good day. I wanted to take the time to say, “Thank you.” Thank you for your acceptance and support through the years. Thank you for impacting my life is such a positive way. I brag about yall on a regular basis. This truly is a special place, and I’m blessed to have worked for the best school and in the best district. I would take our kids over any in the state!
I wanted to make you aware that I am retiring at the end of the school year to go into ministry. I am so blessed to finish my educational career in the best district with the best students and parents.

Good morning Panther Nation! Based on current travel conditions, the school day will proceed as normal today, Thursday, March 27. The APISD Transportation department, in coordination with the APPD, surveyed routes this morning, and as of now, there are no roads that are flooded found inside the city. As always, we encourage everyone to exercise caution when traveling. Administration will continue to monitor the weather throughout the day. Thank you to our Transportation team and the APPD for their hard work and diligence to help keep our students and staff safe!

Good morning Panther Nation! Aransas Pass ISD administration is actively monitoring the forecast for potentially inclement weather on the evening of Wednesday, March 26 through Friday, March 28. Although we would all be grateful for the rain, based on information received from the National Weather Service, flooding is a possibility. The safety of our students and staff is always our top priority. In the event that travel conditions are anticipated to be unsafe, we will provide additional updates via email, phone call, text message, District social media accounts, and local news media. Stay safe Panthers!
