Attention all Seniors and Parents of Graduating Seniors

Good Afternoon Panther Nation! The safety of our students and staff is always our top priority. Due to the anticipated overnight freeze and potentially hazardous early morning road conditions, all APISD schools will have a two-hour delayed start tomorrow, Monday, January 26.

Class Times:
Faulk and Charlie Marshall Elementary: 9:45 AM - 3:15 PM
A.C. Blunt Middle School and APHS: 10:00 AM - 3:45 PM

Morning bus routes and pick-up times will also operate on a two-hour delay. Athletic and extracurricular coaches and sponsors will update their groups directly regarding any schedule changes.

Unless otherwise notified by a supervisor, APISD staff should plan to arrive two hours later than their usual start time.

APISD administration is in close communication with City emergency management officials and is actively monitoring the weather forecast in our area in the anticipation of possible inclement weather on Sunday, January 25 into Monday, January 26.

The safety of our students and staff is always our top priority. If travel conditions on Monday morning are expected to be unsafe, we will share timely updates regarding the school schedule via text message, phone call, and email. Stay connected by checking the APISD website and APISD social media accounts for updates.

Huge shout out to both our girls and boys basketball teams tonight! Our girls started strong, and finished big- beating George West 66-34. Our boys broke into the triple digits for their win against George West 101-44. We are Panther proud of both teams!

Great job to both Girls and Boys Basketball teams getting great wins on George West. Both teams looking great tonight in a game that had definite playoff implications. Way To Go Panthers!!!!!!!!

Reminder Monday, January 19th is a student and staff holiday. APISD will be closed in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Go Panthers and Lady Panthers!

APHS Cheerleaders go live in about 15 minutes. GO CHEER!!!!

Good luck to our APHS Cheer Squad and Spirit Crew at the UIl Spirit State Championship. If you would like to watch them they perform on NFHS network at 12:45 tomorrow.

Get out your brooms cuz the Panthers just had a clean sweep of Mathis. Both Jv teams won and both Varsity teams won. Way to go Panthers!!!!!!!!

Students in Coach Dubois US History class are using a think-pair-share to pre teach a specific topic from the unit they are about to begin, to different partners that rotate around the room. Some awesome teaching going on at APHS!!!

The Panther Softball 2026 season has officially started. Have a great season ladies.

The Boys Basketball game for tonight was cancelled due to an illness at Sinton High School. Our girls games will be at the same time which is 5:00 for JV and 6:15 for Varsity. Go Panthers!!!!

7 Brew donated over 60 drinks to APHS and delivered them this morning to our staff. Thank you 7 Brew.

Great Job to our High School Band and their amazing performance at the Christmas Concert.
